An Invincible season 2 poster shows Mark and a busload of his allies and enemies from season 1, although Omni-Man is noticeably absent.
A new Invincible season 2 poster is teasing the show's long-awaited return. Adapted from Robert Kirkman's Invincible comics, the animated show premiered in 2021 to critical acclaim. Season 1 told the story of 17-year-old Mark Grayson as he begins developing superpowers, joins the Guardians of the Globe, and learns secrets about his father Omni-Man, who is Earth's most powerful superhero.
Mark's mother Debbie Grayson, Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Dupli-Kate, Cecil Stedman, Robot, and Allen the Alien are among the 24 returning characters from season 1 who are on the bus with Mark. The poster is being released in the leadup to the Invincible season 2 panel at San Diego Comic-Con, which will likely reveal a more specific release date within the confirmed late 2023 release window.
