Since that’s precisely what we do in our Opinion pages, Talmage is a natural fit.Talmage is a partner at the Shackelford law firm’s Dallas office where he handles commercial litigation. His legal work has won multiple awards from the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar Foundation.He is an expert in presidential history. He has served as keynote speaker for events at the National Archives, five presidential libraries, 12 World Affairs Council chapters, and 14 universities.
