Wilson has worked under former Superintendent Melvin Brown’s leadership during his tenure. She said she is determined to keep the momentum going. “We have a good traction on goals and where we want our students to be end, and so however I can be supportive of the school community, the community at large, I’m willing to do what’s asked,” Wilson said.Watkins has worked closely with former CSFO Arthur Watts for nearly six years, helping the district move forward from state intervention.
“Because I have worked so closely with him for the last five to six years, I really wanted to see that momentum that he has created to continue,” Watkins said.Tuskegee residents vote to switch to city council government
