Hosted by Instagram's"Head of Memes" Ricky Sans, who works on the platform's broader creator partnerships team, the speakers included three content creators and Instagram's director of consumer product marketing, Kim Blanding. Blanding talked at length about Instagram's algorithm, addressing common misconceptions creators may have, and outlining what creators can do to use it to their advantage.
