has launched the Co-Watching feature on the app. You're probably wondering how to use Instagram Co-Watching, a feature that makes it a whole lot easier for you to connect with your friends while you safely self-isolate and practice social distancingexplained, you first have to go to either your Direct inbox or a Direct thread.
From there, you can click on the "Posts" button, which launches the Co-Watching feature. Up to six people can join and if you're the one controlling the Co-Watching sesh, you'll see your friends' video windows appear at the bottom of the screen. Once you've learned how to use Instagram Co-Watching, you'll be able to access photos and videos — but not IGTV posts — from your Liked, Saved, or Suggested sections. You can also shared public or private posts with you and your Co-Watching pals, but when it comes to private posts you need to make surehas access. If there is at least one person not allowed to see private posts, then no one in the group can see them.detailing how the company is working to keep its users informed and safe as they use the app at this important moment in time.
