A four-year-old cheerleader whose daredevil stunts have gained her 300,000 followers on Instagram is being lined up to one day compete at the Olympic Games. Fearless Jayden Pollard, from Dallas, Texas, has been practising gymnastics at home with her cheerleading-coach father during lockdown who believes she ‘has the potential’ to become a future Olympian.
‘She is a natural, I’ve been teaching cheerleading for 12 years and I have never seen anyone as talented as this at such a young age. Jayden has developed a love for it and has become really good, really fast.‘The sky is the limit for her, she has set the bar for what a four year-old can do. If she keeps at it she will be good enough to compete at the Olympics, I’m very confident of that.
Roland, who now owns a music production company, introduced Jayden to cheerleading before she could even walk. When she was only four-months-old Jayden’s mom, Steph, 29, filmed Jayden doing a handstand in the air on Roland’s before being spun around in the air and landing in a cradle position in her father’s arms.supports HTML5 video
Roland said: ‘I started doing it with Jayden just for the love of it and so we could spend more time together. The bond we have together is so strong and it’s great fun.
