At the recent Under 30 Global Women’s Summit in Israel, we convened 600 of the best, brightest and youngest of these problem solvers for a week of discussions around all things women in business: The advancements we’ve made, the challenges that stand in the way of further achievement , and the potential solutions that could transform the lives of female founders and business leaders across the globe.

To help get at some of those solutions, we asked six of these women two simple questions: what is one thing from your past that brought you to where you are today? And what is one hope you have for the future?One was actually the first company I had started, which was my dance company.
