The Houston Astros are desperately trying to re-sign their franchise cornerstone third baseman Alex Bregman this winter.Houston has reportedly offered Bregman well over $150 million, but it seems as though the third baseman wants somewhere in the ballpark of $200 million this winter. Spotrac projects him to sign a four-year, $119 million deal, so each of these two numbers is much higher than his projection.
