A new concept in rental living that prioritises health and wellness is coming soon to Glasgow.
Developer and operator Moda Living champions a futuristic version of a build-to-rent property, one that is chock full of amenities to help you thrive.
The site will have a mix of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments that range from either six to 22 storeys in height across four buildings. "Moda spaces and services are designed to support a wellness-focused lifestyle that helps our communities live their happiest, healthiest lives," claims the company.
Further to the amenities, the apartments are kitted out with Samsung electronics and appliances, free broadband is included, and smart sensors are installed to help residents 'live their most sustainable lives'.
