Confirming his relationship is over, Barry said: "We are doing everything we can to co-operate with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.
"I also acknowledge that during this difficult time in our lives, I developed a relationship with someone who I met through work. OSCR said: “We are concerned that there has been misconduct in the administration of the charity and consider it necessary and desirable to take protective action in respect of the charity’s property.
