The £650 payment is known as the Cost of Living Payment and available to those on these benefits: Income-based Jobseekers Allowance, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit and Pension Credit. The Warm Home Discount is a one-off discount on electricity bills and those who are eligible will have to prove themselves.
