Stars on the scene included Daveed Diggs, Maude Apatow, Nicholas Braun and some ‘Real Housewives’ and ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ stars.
Movies may be the main attraction at the Sundance Film Festival, but after midnight, it’s all about house parties in Deer Valley and TAO Park City. The VIP nightclub pop-up hosted one final blowout weekend before the festival moves on to Boulder, Colorado, for 2027 and beyond.
Tongues were wagging about whether or not Charli xcx would make a cameo as the 365 party girl celebrated a Sundance debut with three movies in the official selection, The Moment, I Want Your Sex and The Gallerist. No Charli cameo but another music superstar did turn up asplayed the part of a red-hot pop star on a cold Utah night by arriving to TAO Park City in a Lamborghini. He took the stage around 1:20 a.m., much to the delight of Nina Dobrev, who “went wild,” according to a source, when the “Beautiful Things” singer performed his set. Also spotted were Maude Apatow and'The Fall of Sir Douglas Weatherford' Stars Peter Mullan and Cosplay to Explore Fictions We Cling to - and Voldemort Provided the Inspiration He wowed the crowd with a signature backflip off a platform as guests cheered him on. Meanwhile, DJ Mel Debarge and DJ Vice manned the turntables during the weekend. TAO Park City’s final bow came after a 25-year run here during the festival. At one point in the weekend, a giant LED screen flashed “Boulder…?” a question that can be answered now as TAO will follow the festival and head to the Colorado city. “TAO Park City was built on the idea of doing something truly special, for the town, for our brand partners and for the community of people who support and frequent our venues throughout the year. As we look ahead, the experience will naturally evolve — Boulder brings a different energy and culture — but what remains constant is the momentum. Each year, we continue to bring together our year-round guests and some of the biggest names to celebrate and we’re excited to carry that spirit forward,” said TAO Group Hospitality co-founder Noah Tepperberg. The nightclub was fueled by Casamigos, back as the exclusive tequila partner with an ice luge and ski lodge, Hendrick’s gin poured cocktails in a custom chalet, Cîroc hosted an athletic-themed winter bar and interactive spin-the-wheel moment, Jack Daniels, Moët Hennessy with V.S.O.P., XO champagne and Whispering Angel rosé.
