The star has opened up about her fitness routine and diet
Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley has revealed that she keeps a cardboard cutout of herself which she coins "fat Cath."
Catherine's exercise routine Whilst appearing on Loose Women, Catherine, who is married to husband Tom Pitfield, once revealed that she'd considered opting for a gastric band after struggling with her weight when she was younger. Catherine's weight loss also comes as a result of an intense 12 week programme with Ultimate Performance that she embarked on not too long ago.View gallery Following her departure from Coronation Street – where she played Eva Price – and an injury around the same time, the actress overhauled her diet and fitness plan.
Catherine's diet In order to change her weight, Catherine opted to live a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. And discussing her meal prep, she explained: "My meal planning pre-U.P. was pretty much non-existent. Wednesday night was ‘spaghetti bolognaise night’ and that was always in the diary. Saturday night was always ‘curry night’.
