The cozy, two-level homes have multiple fireplaces and covered outdoor terraces that face the mountains. The bedrooms include a bunk room—perfect for families traveling with young children—and a bonus room that can be used as an office, private gym, or hobby studio. The private residences also have an attached two-car garage with a mudroom, outdoor fire pits, and a hot tub.
Olson Kundig is known for its use of the finest natural materials, high-quality finishes and fixtures, and impeccable engineering, which residents can expect in this property.
