Makeup artist and hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos breaks down the humanitarian and lawyer’s latest haircut, and how he keeps her hair frizz-free in Thailand.

The first step? A bit of a trim. Dubbed the “bell bottom haircut” by Giannetos, the shape recalls the shape of the hallmark boho garment of the ’70s—lean on the top, curved on the bottom.
“The bell bottom cut is perfect for people with a V-shaped face,” he shares with. “It’s blunt with a little bit of bounce, but still face framing. ” The look is a little bit boho, and yet still,.
