A Queensland woman has been dubbed a ‘Karen’ online after she was filmed in an “insane” standoff over a parking space when she refused to move out of the way of a car.
In the video, shared on TikTok earlier this month, the woman can be seen standing in front of a vacant carparking space in Southport, near Surfers Paradise, Queensland, as a driver in a red car attempts to park.
“Let the road rage begin,” TikTok user @Grace_esma_iris said as she filmed the video, which she captioned with the hashtag “Karensgoingwild”.“She can’t do that, there’s another car park right up there,” she said.Undeterred, the woman began pointing and shouting before standing firm with her arms crossed.
