The exciting new Australian eatery will debut in the Trafford Centre this month
The Trafford Centre is set to see a new addition to its ranks of cultured cuisines, with food lovers being introduced to Australian-style Sushi as part of a UK first.
The hand rolled format was invented in Melbourne in the late 1990’s, eventually becoming the norm in the early 2000’s. Taking inspiration from the original Japanese style, the 'new sushi' became familiar amongst Aussie families, taking centre stage on menus and in every day life appearing everywhere in the country.
The menu is set to take inspiration from popular recipes Down Under, and will introduce Manchester to their own take on it with rolls to include Spicy Tuna, Crispy Chicken, Salmon Smashed Avocado, and The Bondi Roll - which is an Aussie Breakfast Roll.
