The Economic Sabotage of Critical Infrastructure Forum held discussions today to explore how they can be saved from bleeding billions.Eskom CEO André de Ruyter says they are between a rock and hard place when it comes to the load-shedding schedule. He says plans are being made to communicate more efficiently with the public, but criminals are also taking advantage of the situation.
