I needed people to see inside it. There was a fancy spread at the influencer event, but no one was there to eat, says agent Emma Milner.
People don’t usually do this. You don’t get influencers in to try to sell property, but this was a challenge and I had to think outside the square.This one was a first. I cover everything from food to fashion to interiors on social media. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a property for sale. Make bed, lie in it: the eventual buyer couldn’t make the party, but they knew potential rivals had been.
