Two new industrial projects will bring almost 1 million square feet of warehouse space in Mesquite.
The largest of the planned developments is a more than 750,000-square-foot building planned on Skyline Drive west of Interstate 635.The $42.5 million building will start in November and is a project of Capstar Real Estate Advisors, according to planning documents filed with the state. GDA Architects is designing the building, which is to open in late 2024.
