Ibu tunggal M Indira Gandhi dan 13 lagi plaintif memohon untuk membatalkan undang-undang penukaran agama secara sepihak yang terkandung dalam enakmen negeri Wilayah Persekutuan, Perlis, Kedah, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak dan Johor.

IBU tunggal M. Indira Gandhi memohon kepada mahkamah untuk membatalkan undang-undang membenarkan penukaran agama secara sepihak di lapan negeri.
