Mostly a bar right now, the space will become a casual dining spot. The new concept will shift to a larger menu and offer a broad range of whiskeys.

More than 200 whiskeys -- whiskey, bourbon and Scotch -- will be available at Gabriel's Southern Table on E. 4th St. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Gabriel’s Southern Table is replacing Indie on E. 4th Street.

“Indie was like a bar, this will be more like a casual dining experience,” he says. “We’re still doing Southern comfort food. We’re just changing the name and décor.” Chef Chris Monjot, formerly of Momocho, joined the kitchen in January. He will be working with current chef Mark Sanford.
