Freshwater Strategy Director Leo Shanahan says if Trump is arrested it “makes him a martyr of the cause” after a key witness in Trump’s Indictment case was discredited by his former advisor.

“If prosecutors don’t get this right, this could really blow up in not only their faces, but the democrat’s faces who are cheering this on,” Mr Shanahan said.

“Michael Cohen has had significant problems with his own credibility in the past, and if he’s going to be the key witness, they better be sure they’re getting it right.”
