FISHERS, Ind. - An Indiana man allegedly traveled to a hotel to meet a mother and a child for sex at a hotel.56-year-old Dennis Wayne Scholl was taken into custody after he allegedly tried to meet a mother and an underage teenage girl at a hotel to engage in sexual intercourse.
The report states that law enforcement responded to a Hotel 2 Suites in Fishers, Indiana in early February after receiving a call regarding suspicious activity. Upon arriving at the scene, officers were approached by members of Bikers Against Predators and the suspect, WXIN reported. When speaking with officers, members of the group accused Scholl of traveling to the hotel to meet a “mother,” Alexis, and “her daughter,” Gabby, for sexual intercourse.
Neither the mother nor the daughter is a real person, the report states. The bikers told investigators that Scholl thought he had been talking with Gabby, who they said had introduced herself as a 13-year-old girl and eighth-grade student who was a virgin. In actuality, he was speaking with members of the predator catcher group, WXIN reported.
Authorities reportedly said Scholl was using the Taimi and TextNow apps to communicate with Gabby, and the group handed over recordings and screenshots of alleged conversations between the suspect and Gabby. According to the outlet, Alexis told Scholl she was “looking for a playdate” with her daughter and scheduled a meeting with Scholl on Feb. 6, the suspect’s birthday, after they exchanged several messages. Per WXIN’s report, the messages initially revolved around “fun” and “play” but later became extremely graphic.
