An Indian national and his cohort in selling suspected shabu were apprehended on Thursday, April 20, in Barangay San Gregorio, San Pablo City. ManilaBulletin
The suspects, both street-level individuals as listed by San Pablo City police, were identified as Sawaran, a resident of San Pablo City, and Alexander, a resident of Calauan town, said a report of Laguna Provincial Police Office Director Police Col. Randy Glenn Silvio.
San Pablo City police chief Joewie Lucas said that the San Pablo City Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a drug buy-bust operation around 2:05 p.m. in the said place. The two suspects, the police said, both directly transacted with a police agent posing as buyer during the buy-bust. Police confiscated five plastic sachets containing two grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P13,500, a cell phone, and a motorcycle.“Ang mga impormasyong ibinibigay ng ating mamamayan ay malaking tulong upang maaresto ang mga taong sangkot sa ilegal na droga at iba pang mga ilegal na gawain ,” said Silvio.
“Gusto rin po nating ipa-abot sa ating mga kababayan na walang pinipili ang ating batas, Filipino ka man o dayuhan, kung nagkasala sa batas ay mananagot ka sa paglabag mo dito ,” added Silvio.
