The Philippines had a lower incidence of index crimes from Jan. 1 to Nov. 13 this year compared to the same period last year, the PNP reported on Wednesday. | JEMendozaINQ
In the Visayas, the total number of reported index crimes is 7,095 in the said period this year, which is 6.85% or 522 crimes lower than the 7,617 recorded in the same period last year.
The total number of robberies this year is 4,331, which is 0.30% more than the 4,318 recorded in the same period last year.
