Independence Police assisted Richfield Police on a pursuit at 11:48 p.m. Oct. 1. Independence officers reportedly blocked entrance ramps onto the highway to prevent other drivers to enter as the driver reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour. The driver lost control and rolled the truck at the I-480 split and he and a passenger were taken into custody by Richfield Police.A driver was pulled over for excess window tint at 11:33 p.m.
