'We want to inform you that Murray City Police have recieved an anonymous notification about a potential school threat, but very few details have been provided.
A text message sent to parents with students at Murray High School, which was shared with KUTV 2News, alerted parents and guardians about an anonymous threat made against the school.It wasn't immediately known if any subsequent messages have been sent.
According to the text, the threat was apparently made to the Murray City Police Department, though few details had been provided to the school's administration. "Please be assured that the situation is being handled with the utmost seriousness, and the safety of our students in our top priority," according to the notification.
