The 46-year-old man never returned from a work release on Aug. 19, according to Cumberland County officials.

Published: Aug. 23, 2024, 5:25 p.m.A 46-year-old man who was incarcerated in Cumberland County was arrested in Mount Holly Springs on Thursday after he failed to return from a work release three days before, county officials said.

William K. Rosner, who fled after a work release on Aug. 19, was identified by an off-duty deputy with the sheriff’s office in Mount Holly Springs, a press release said. Officers with the Mount Holly Springs Police Department arrested Rosner and returned him to the Cumberland County Prison around 9 p.m. Thursday, according to the press release.
