There's a ripple effect taking place up and down the chain of command at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama that critics say is the deepening fallout from Sen. Tommy Tuberville’s gambit to use his power to wage a culture-war campaign over abortion policy.
But now Maj. Gen. Heath Collins’s promotion is on hold — creating disruptions up and down the chain of command.
