The restoration project will feature in the second episode of the new BBC NI series airing on Tuesday
A former Ulster Bank building in the heart of Donaghadee that got the transformation of a lifetime has appeared on a new BBC Northern Ireland series Restoration Rescue.
"There is just the two of us and we both have our own businesses and wanted to do something a bit different - I don't think we fully appreciated the scale but Ronnie scrolls property news for unusual bits and pieces and it came up so we looked at it and thought 'lets do something with it'." "It is an old building so you've got to accept things will happen to it and that it will require TLC but we have the time and space to give to it."
Host Patrick said when approached to be involved in the show, it was something he"couldn't turn down".
