Protesters came in different party-themed costumes, paraphernalia, and protest materials against the anti-terror bill in running with the theme of "mañanita," a swipe at National Capital Region Police Office chief Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas, who allegedly ignored social distancing rules during his birthday party last month.
