As part of the state’s first phase of reopening, New Jersey has allowed nonessential construction projects to resume and now allows pickup service for
nonessential retail stores. On Friday, Mr. Murphy said day cares could reopen on June 15, and youth day camps and summer recreation programs could restart on July 6.
