In a series of posts on his official Facebook page, Misamis Occidental Governor Philip Tan said they are now taking care of three kittens.

Misamis Occidental Governor Philip Tan shares on Facebook updates on the three kittens the provincial government is now taking care of after they got separated from their owner. Tan says they have provided a cage to shelter the young felines as well as food. | Photos courtesy of Gov. Philip Tan
