Yet, perhaps the most bewildering aspect was that delaying DST would make no difference to fasting hours which are dictated by sunrise and sunset, regardless of the time.
Whether it is living in two time zones, using two currencies as a black market becomes the country’s financial hub, or simply never knowing the real worth of the Lebanese pounds in your pocket, residents have had to accept the various realities and paradoxes of the prolonged economic crisis,
