“That was a heartbreaking loss,” said Imperial senior Jared Nixon. “We were just back from Christmas break and a lot of us were sloughing off. “We have a deep roster and the core of our team is juniors,” Nixon said. “The Big 3 is coming back, but we’re not done yet. Cristian Zamora led San Pasqual with 17 points. Lual Tut and Aaron Fournier added 13.
