An IMPD officer has been charged with voyeurism after allegedly recording sexual acts while in uniform with women without their consent to be on camera
INDIANAPOLIS An

One woman seen in one of the videos claims she did not give consent to be recorded.25-year veteran, announced Friday the officer is now suspended, and facing termination. Decker is accused of: —peeping using a camera—peeping at a private area of an individual without consent —being a public servant, knowingly or intentionally committing these crimes The latest incident is reported on 04/02/2024. The other charges stem as far back as 2019.
