Immigrant-rights activists this week said they're documenting incidents of alleged abuse under Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's Operation Lone Star border crackdown.

Activists say they now have a 'documentation tool' to record complaints from asylum seekers who say they suffered abuse by Texas Guard troops.
