THE Iloilo Dinagyang Festival 2022 Padayon was the grand winner of the Best Cultural Festival Award in the City Category at the 2023 Pearl Awards, presented by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines .The award was given during the Atop National Convention Pearl Awards 2023 on Thursday, October 5, 2023, in Boracay Island.This recognition not only commemorates the Dinagyang Festival but also acknowledges the important religious and cultural legacy it embodies.
