House Speaker Pelosi and Representative Ilhan Omar visited Ghana for the 400th anniversary of the first African slaves brought to America.
Rep. Ilhan Omar and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are visiting Ghana, with the Minnesota congresswoman tweeting a “send her back” quip at the president.
They said “send her back” but Speaker @SpeakerPelosi didn’t just make arrangements to send me back, she went back with me ✊🏽 “Send her back” is a chant that arose from President Trump’s supporters at a North Carolina rally in July. Trump suggested that Omar and her Democratic colleagues "see our nation as a force of evil.”
