KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador is warning against bringing in foreign elements to assist 'certain individuals' gain the upper hand in the ongoing political turmoil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador is warning against bringing in foreign elements to assist"certain individuals" gain the upper hand in the ongoing political turmoil.

"There is a little bit of 'sound' that there are those out there trying to bring foreign elements in to help certain parties."I am warning parties that try to bring in outside elements or have such intentions, action will be taken if I can identify them," he told reporters after meeting with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at the Istana Negara on Friday .

"Alhamdullilah, in general, our country is still peaceful and under control, but the temperature is slightly increasing," he said. "Please avoid from making any provocative statements. As for the public, please stop all forms of speculation that is illogical and that can bring harm," he added.
