They act half like established, highly successful career women, who know how to play the things that have got them where they are, and half like girls who haven't had the chance to grow out of being teenagers yet. They're professional and sophisticated, but they giggle and babble in girly twin speak; they're polite and mature, but they know how to sulk and could scratch and kick the shit out of you in three seconds flat, and you wouldn't be surprised if they did.
