George. Three people were killed and two others were injured in a head-on crash involving a wrong-way driver on Sunday, according to officials with the Utah Highway Patrol.Norene Jones, 89, from St. George, was identified as the driver who entered I-15 at Exit 5 going the wrong direction. The driver of the second vehicle in the collision was identified as Catherine Gray, 68, from Washington City. The passenger of the second vehicle was identified as Jeffry Alan Gray, 68, also from Washington City. UHP officials initially reported that a woman in her 90s entered I-15, driving southbound in the northbound lanes and crashing head-on into a Toyota with four occupants. The two survivors from the Toyota, described as females in their late teens to early 20s, were flown to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Officials did not provide an update on their conditions.
