PUTRAJAYA: The individual involved in a recent criminal breach (CBT) of trust case misused nine other individual's identification to embezzle almost RM25mil, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi
The Rural and Regional Development Minister said the assistant accountant’s act had allegedly deprived settlers under the South Kelantan Development Authority of possible opportunities.
“The taxpayers’ money that should have been used for the settlers was instead used by the individual for his own benefit,” he told reporters after launching the Anti-Sexual Harassment Advocacy Programme Roadshow here on Monday .
