Iconic rock band Sum 41 has been forced to cancel their entire Australian tour after their front man was diagnosed with pneumonia.In a statement, the band confirmed Deryck Whibley had been diagnosed with pneumonia.
"Now that we're here though, and under the guidance and direction of multiple Australian doctors, it's clear that Deryck is too unwell to perform."The good news is Good Things Festival is still going ahead in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this weekend with an incredible line-up of local and international acts. We can't be there, but get along for us and have the best time.
The Canadian rock band rose to stardom in the '90s and early 2000s and is best known for their tracks "In Too Deep," "Fat Lip," and "Still Waiting."Good Things Festival management was quick to respond to the sad news, saying the lineup was still packed with plenty of heavy hitters, such as Korn, The Living End and Northlane.
