Still, many campuses will be operating again this Fall, with several proposing a hybrid model where some classes would be online and some would be in person. ICE’s statement on international students who are attending schools adopting a hybrid model says that theybe allowed to stay if schools can certify that their program is not entirely online and that a student is “taking the minimum number of online classes required to make normal progress in their degree program.
