Ice Dogs season skates into view with fall rolling in

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Fall brings in the high school sports season, but there is another sports season that rallies the rowdy fans to occupy the Big Dipper Ice Arena in Fairbanks for every home hockey game.

The week after, the team heads to Wisconsin for two games, with the first against the Janesville Jets September 20, and the second game will be September 21, against the Wisconsin Windigo. Finally, the Ice Dogs will return to Fairbanks for the first home series of the year, October 11 and 12 against the Janesville Jets. The next week will kick off the Club 49 Cup against the Anchorage Wolverines October 18 and 19.
