Dominican national Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla, 46, was arrested in Massachusetts on Dec. 17, 2024, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials on Thursday announced the arrest of an illegal Dominican migrant accused of sex crimes and kidnapping in Massachusetts.to ICE. He was placed in the agency's "alternatives to detention" program before Enforcement and Removal Operations released him.
The Dorchester District Court later dismissed its charges against the migrant after he was indicted on the same charges by the Suffolk County Superior Court. He was ultimately arrested by ERO Boston on Dec. 17 and is now in ERO custody, according to the agency. President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan continues to push for the removal of illegal migrants from the U.S. HeNew York Gov. Kathy Hochul during an appearance on Fox News last month after she touted her New York City subway system safety initiatives.
