“I’m OK. I’ve developed a routine so I won’t feel agitated or go crazy while inside the house,” Nicco said when asked how he was coping with the isolation. “This includes watching TV and gathering more information about what’s happening [here and abroad].”Nicco added: “I also exercise—this tragedy had to happen to force me to exercise regularly. I do body-weight exercises, as well as yoga, which I need in order to calm my nerves, so I don’t overthink things.
