Sergeant Nkosinathi Nhleko worked as an administrative clerk at the education department when he realised that his Kabokweni community in Mpumalanga had a crime problem. | TebogoMonama

To be part of the solution, Nhleko, 39, decided to join the police force and in his 12-year career, he has not only managed to help fight crime in his community but also put away 12 serial rapists in prison.
